IASP brings together scientists, doctors, health care providers, and policy makers to stimulate and support pain studies and translate that knowledge into pain relief throughout the world. We are looking for articles from 250-300 words that are topical, timely, interesting, and inspiring! Tell us who, what, why, when, where and how you and your colleagues make a difference in pain management and patient care. We do not promote business or private companies, and we are less interested in articles about non-IASP publications, resources, or individuals. Here are some ideas:
Features: Do you have stories with broad appeal to those who focus on pain management or research? Are you inspired by an event in your practice or during the research that you want to share with your colleagues? We can help you share the news.
Special Interest Group Updates: What is most important for your GIS? Who raised important issues at your last meeting? What unites you? What are the results?
Chapter Update: IASP is a truly global organization. We find value in sharing insights with others around the world. Tell us what your chapter members think.
The Global Year Against Pain: Does your chapter, GIS, or professional colleague participate in activities that help support our annual awareness campaign? We want to hear from you. We want to share your story to inspire others.
Note: If you want to submit news about pain-related conferences, symposia, seminars, workshops, or educational programs, please fill out the meeting submission form on the IASP website https://www.iasp-pain.org/PublicationsNews/SubmitNewsForm.aspx?navItemNumber=719
